REGULAMIN WYDARZENIA

I. Postanowienia ogólne

1. Organizatorem konferencji zwanej dalej Wydarzeniem jest Polskie Stowarzyszenie na rzecz Jakości w Nauczaniu Języków Obcych PASE z siedzibą w Warszawie ul. Belgradzkiej 44/5, 02-793 Warszawa , NIP 5841065667 zwany dalej Organizatorem.

II. Zasady uczestnictwa

1. Program Wydarzenia znajduje się na stronie internetowej www.pase.pl. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany programu. O zmianach Organizator poinformuje na stronie internetowej.

2. W Wydarzeniu mogą wziąć udział osoby, które dokonały rejestracji na stronie: www.pase.pl

3. Zarejestrowanie uczestnictwa w Wydarzeniu jest równoznaczne z zaakceptowaniem niniejszego regulaminu.

4. Opłata za uczestnictwo w Wydarzeniu obejmuje:

• udział w Wydarzeniu

• pakiet uczestnika zawierający materiały od patronów i sponsorów wydarzenia

• przerwę kawową

• dostęp do materiałów pokonferencyjnych

5. Uczestnicy Wydarzenia we własnym zakresie pokrywają koszty dojazdu na miejsce Wydarzenia oraz koszty powrotu, a także ewentualnego noclegu.

6. Informacje o opłatach i warunkach rejestracji publikowane są na stronie internetowej Wydarzenia: www.pase.pl

7. Warunkiem uczestnictwa jest dokonanie rejestracji drogą elektroniczną oraz wpłacenie pełnej kwoty za uczestnictwo na konto 94 1090 1883 0000 0001 0385 5419, Santander Bank Polska przelewem bankowym lub za pośrednictwem płatności internetowych w terminie 5 dni roboczych od daty zgłoszenia.

8. Organizator jest upoważniony do wystawienia faktury bez podpisu odbiorcy.

9. Zgłoszenia uczestnictwa, dokonywane za pośrednictwem strony www.pase.pl przyjmowane są do momentu wypełnienia dostępnych miejsc.

10. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wcześniejszego zakończenia rejestracji w przypadku osiągnięcia limitu miejsc.

11. Opłata za uczestnictwo w Wydarzeniu wniesiona przez jednego uczestnika może zostać przeniesiona na innego, pod warunkiem, że informacja o zmianie zostanie przekazana Organizatorowi.

12. W przypadku odwołania Wydarzenia z przyczyn leżących po stronie Organizatora, uczestnikowi przysługuje prawo zwrotu 100% kosztów uczestnictwa.

13. W przypadku odwołania Wydarzenia z przyczyn niezależnych od Organizatora, które uniemożliwią przeprowadzenie Wydarzenia, uczestnikowi przysługuje prawo zwrotu 50% kosztów uczestnictwa. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za roszczenia odszkodowawcze z tego tytułu.

14. Uczestnik może zrezygnować z udziału w Wydarzeniu otrzymując zwrot 100% poniesionych kosztów na 5 dni przed Wydarzeniem. W przypadku zgłoszenia rezygnacji później niż wyżej wymieniona data zwrot kosztów nie następuje.

III. Bezpieczeństwo

1. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za rzeczy pozostawione, zgubione lub skradzione podczas Wydarzenia.

2. Uczestnicy są zobowiązani przestrzegać zasad bezpieczeństwa, przepisów BHP i Ppoż obowiązujących na terenie obiektu, w którym organizowana jest Wydarzenie.

IV. Inne kwestie

1. Wydarzenie będzie filmowane i fotografowane przez Organizatora.

2. Zgłoszenie uczestnictwa jest równoznaczne z przeniesieniem autorskich praw majątkowych do nagrań i zdjęć oraz wyrażeniem przez uczestnika zgody na komercyjne ich rozpowszechnianie. Powyższe ustalenia dotyczą przypadku, gdy uczestnik zostanie sfilmowany lub sfotografowany podczas uczestnictwa w Wydarzenia w otoczeniu prowadzącego oraz wtedy, gdy uczestnik dobrowolnie wyrazi zgodę na udzielenie wywiadu przed kamerą bądź pozowanie do zdjęcia.

3. Zgłaszając się do udziału w Wydarzenia uczestnik wyraża jednocześnie zgodę na przetwarzanie danych osobowych przez Organizatora na potrzeby Wydarzenia i na zasadach wynikających z ogólnie obowiązujących przepisów prawa.

4. W sprawach nieustalonych w powyższym regulaminie obowiązują przepisy kodeksu cywilnego.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

I. General Provisions

1. The organiser of the conference, hereinafter referred to as the Event, is the Polish Association for Standards in Language Education PASE based in Warsaw, ul. Słowackiego 5/13 m. 102, NIP 5841065667 hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.

II. Rules of Participation

1. The programme of the Event is available at www.pase.pl. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes in the programme. The Organiser will inform about any changes on the website.
2. The Event can be attended by people who have registered on the website: www.pase.pl
3. Registering participation in the Event is tantamount to the acceptance of these Regulations.
4. The fee for participation in the Event includes:

• participation in the Event
• participant package containing materials from the patrons and sponsors of the event
• coffee break
• access to post-conference materials.

5. The Event participants’ self-coverage covers travel costs to the Event location and return costs, as well as possible accommodation.
6. Information on fees and registration conditions are published on the Event’s website: www.pase.pl
7. The condition of participation is to register electronically and pay the full amount for participation into the account 94 1090 1883 0000 0001 0385 5419, WBK Bank Zachodni via a bank transfer or an online payment within 5 working days from the date of registration (bo chodzi o dzień zarejestrowania się, jeśli dobrze rozumiem? Nie zgłoszenia się inną drogą, np. deklaracją telefoniczną czy czymś takim?).
8. The Organiser is authorized to issue an invoice without the recipient’s signature.
9. Applications for participation, made through the www.pase.pl website, are accepted until the available places are filled out.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to end registration before the declared deadline in case of reaching the limit of places.
11. The fee for participation in the Event payed by one participant may be transferred to another, provided that the information about the change will be forwarded to the Organiser.
12. In the case of the Event being canceled for reasons attributable to the Organiser, the participant is entitled to a refund of 100% of the participation costs.
13. In the case of the Event being canceled for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control that prevent the Event from being carried out, the participant has the right to reimburse 50% of the participation costs. The Organiser is not responsible for any compensation claims in this respect.
14. The participant may opt out of participation in the Event receiving a refund of 100% of the costs incurred up to 5 days from the Event. In the case of notifying of a cancellation past the above-mentioned date, no refund will be made.

III. Safety

1. The Organiser is not responsible for items left, lost or stolen during the Event.
2. Participants are required to follow the safety rules, health and safety regulations and fire safety regulations in force at the premises where the Event is organized.

IV. Other Issues

1. The Event will be filmed and photographed by the Organiser.
2. Registration of participation is tantamount to transfer of copyright to the recordings and photos and the participant’s consent to their commercial distribution. The above arrangements concern the case when the participant is filmed or photographed during their participation in the Event in the vicinity of the lecturer or when the participant voluntarily agrees to give an interview in front of the camera or pose for a photograph.
3. By registering to participate in the Event, the participant also consents to the processing of personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of the Event and under the generally applicable provisions of law, with particular regard to the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, Item 833 with later amendments).
4. In matters not settled in the above regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
